I. SERVICE PROVIDER INFORMATION

II. DEFINITIONS
In these General Terms and Conditions, the terms listed below shall have the following meanings:
1) "Fensi" means "FEN FOOD" EOOD, with EIC 205104617
2) "Website" means a specialized application for mobile devices through which the User, if connected to the Internet, can view pages and menus
3) "General Terms and Conditions" means these General Terms and Conditions and their annexes, as well as any subsequent amendments to them, which are published and accessible on the site;
4) "User" means any natural person who uses the site in any way, including by browsing products, pages, etc.
5) "Site" means the domain (Internet address) https://fensi.bg
6) "Fensi Products" means all products, including sandwiches, burgers, salads, hot dogs, soups, side dishes, sauces, soft drinks, desserts, offered for sale by Fensi's physical locations at the time available for viewing of the menu and products through the site
7) "Services" means all services offered to Users and performed through the Site at any given time
III. GENERAL
3.1. In view of the periodic addition and modification of the Services, their improvement and expansion, as well as in connection with possible legislative changes that may affect them, the General Terms and Conditions may be changed by "FEN FOOD" EOOD periodically. Changes to the General Terms and Conditions come into effect from the date of their announcement on the Site.
3.2. "FEN FOOD" Ltd. has not reviewed the content of the sites to which there are links (links) uploaded from the Site and is not responsible for the content of any linked site, as well as for links from portals. The inclusion of a link in the content of the Site does not mean binding on the part of "FEN FOOD" EOOD. Use of such linked website is at the User's own risk.
IV. CHANGES
4.1 Materials uploaded to the Site may include technical, typographical or photographic errors. "FEN FOOD" EOOD may make changes to the materials contained on the Site at any time and without notice, but does not make any commitment to update the materials.
4.2. All intellectual property rights, such as trademarks and copyrights on materials, photos, logos, images and the like, published on the Site, remain the property of "FEN FOOD" EOOD. Any use of the application or its content, including copying or storing this content in whole or in part, except for the User's personal, non-commercial use is prohibited. Violators are subject to penalties under the provisions of the Copyright and Related Rights Act and the Trademarks and Geographical Indications Act.
4.3. "FEN FOOD" EOOD reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend the provision of part and/or all Services available through the Site.
These General Terms and Conditions have been accepted by the Manager of "FEN FOOD" EOOD and are in force from 22.12.2023. With each change and/or addition to the General Terms and Conditions, "FEN FOOD" EOOD updates the published General Terms and Conditions, which become mandatory for the Users and for Fensi from the moment of publication of the relevant update on the Site.
